Who We Are.

We are Harriet Seitler and Peggy Panosh, founders of Really Good Partners. Our roots run deep in media, entertainment, tech and wellness—with decades as senior executives for Harpo Inc where we built Oprah’s brand and businesses into a global gold standard of trust, purpose and excellence. We brought strategy, creativity and pragmatism together - to create unparalleled success.

Harriet Seitler

Harriet Seitler is a C Suite Executive; Investor, Advisor, and Board Member with high-impact success in media, technology, start-ups, brand creativity, and strategic business growth.

Harriet is a C Suite Executive; Investor, Advisor, and Board Member with high-impact success in media, technology, start-ups, brand creativity, and strategic business growth. She is the acting CEO of SignUP Media, a start-up bringing sign language to the Deaf community worldwide. She is also managing director at Bistro Partners, an early-stage investing boutique.

She was CMO/EVP for Oprah Winfrey, where she wrote the iconic “Live Your Best Life” tagline. She ran marketing for ESPN, MTV, and Learneo, an ed-tech unicorn.

Harriet serves as advisor/board member to Whalar, a creator economy leader, and GSV Ventures, a leader and investor in the education and workplace innovation space.

Peggy Panosh

Peggy Panosh is a global brand strategist and business development expert. In addition to her role as SVP at Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Studios, Peggy was CEO of Healthy Minds Innovations part of Center of Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin.

Peggy is a global brand strategist and business development expert with a career spanning executive leadership roles with Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Studios, CBS Corp/Viacom, Westwood One and Healthy Minds Innovations-at the University of Wisconsin. As a consultant, her client roster included: Advertising Week Worldwide, Spark Foundry/Publicis Groupe and WW. She has also served on boards for Art Works Projects, Healthy Minds and AW Worldwide.

Her creative talents uniquely come to life in visual storytelling, with her art featured on CBS Sunday Morning and by Rosewood Hotels + Resorts and Live Nation Women. Her first book, Billions of Besties: A Celebration of Fascinating and Simply Exceptional Friendships was published by Tiller Press/Simon + Schuster.
